Lacy Haller

Founder - Owner

After her graduation from the University of Kansas, Lacy Haller moved to Denver in 2002 and received her Real Estate License in 2003. She fell in love with the business and has been an active member of the Real Estate industry ever since.  Lacy began her Real Estate career as an Agent and soon realized her passion and talents are in the Transaction Management side of the business. Lacy brings an extensive knowledge of contracts, disclosures and the full spectrum of Real Estate related documents to each transaction. She handles the transaction from contract to close and coordinates details between the Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Appraisers, and, most importantly, our Clients.  Her exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through skills lend themselves well to her role as a Transaction Coordinator and to ensure smooth and successful closings.  She has owned Complete TC, an independent transaction coordination company,  since 2011.

Kelli Robinson

Senior Transaction Coordinator

A Tennessee native, Kelli Robinson has been bouncing around Colorado and the real estate world in administrative and marketing roles since 2010 and joined Complete TC in 2015. Kelli handles much of the behind-the-scenes support work and is our listing specialist and IT guru. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading too many books at local breweries, and hanging out with her dog, Petey.

Marisa Nasi

Transaction Coordinator

Marisa is the consummate professional, who brings order and collaboration to a new level. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Marisa moved to Colorado for her love of the beautiful and diverse State. After spending years as a licensed agent, Marisa knows what it means to give world class service over a long duration of relationship building and developing client direction, which is at the core in helping homeowners in real estate. Marisa enjoyed making the transaction process as smooth as possible for her clients which is what lead her to transaction coordinating. Her care and dedication are what make her a pillar in the real estate transaction. Marisa has developed a hard earned trustworthiness and reliable reputation in this Real Estate industry.

Ma Zenaida Casco

Assistant Transaction Coordinator

A graduate of AB Mass Communication at an early age of 19, worked right after college and made her way into different industries such as TV and Broadcasting, Photography, Sales and Marketing, Dental Insurance, Customer Service for Retail and lastly Real Estate, acquiring knowledge and expanding her horizon while achieving triumphant victories over almost 14 years.Now a mother of 2 toddlers, a wife and a fur-parent to 3 dogs, she makes sure that work-life balance is maintained with utmost care and professionalism for work matters.
